That's too bad! Hang in there! The good news is that we will send you a new one and you can keep the faulty one for when you are getting dirty painting or simply give it to someone in need. Be creative! *(see below for instructions)

TERMS:
The product has a hole, stains, or manufacturing defect. We sent you the wrong garment, color or size ?

If you believe so then the item from your order, must be arranged within 30 days of your Order Purchase Date. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns if you don't like the product or it doesn't fit like you imagined it. We have a fit and size guide to help you choose accordingly. 

 Please make sure your item(s) are:
- unwashed
- unworn

If you believe an error has occurred due to a mistake on our part, first of all, please accept our sincerest apologies! Your satisfaction is of the highest importance to us! We are happy to replace any items that we missed the mark on. 

REPLACEMENT REQUEST INSTRUCTIONS

Send an email with the subject line "Order # "YourOrderNumber" Replacement Request" to info@xohugsandkisses.com

Please include the following:

  • The photo(s)
  • A specific description of the issue
  • The Order Number
  • If there are multiple products in an order, identify the product with the issue

Once we have received this information we will then process your request as quickly as possible to determine whether the product is faulty.

Any unclear photos will not be accepted.

*Please note that not all issues are faults of the product. Some instances can be caused by the general usage of the product or if the product has not been handled in accordance with the care instructions - and as a result, may not be determined as faulty.
